What to do with Thanksgiving Leftovers
According to the National Turkey Federation (yes, this really is a thing) 88% of Americans surveyed eat turkey on Thanksgiving. You'll find lots of "talkin' turkey" facts and recipes on the organization's web site eatturkey.org.
That's a lot of turkey . . . and a whole lot of leftover turkey carcasses, necks, wings, legs and, well, you get the idea.

Let's stop the waste and challenge ourselves to use up as much leftover food from our Thanksgiving meal as possible!
